I stumbled across a post on Facebook on Sept 5 stating Miss Rosa with the US army had a 2002 Ford Explorer for sale for $800. I was told to purchase gift cards from EBAY and they would be handling the transaction as they have the paperwork for the vehicle. I spoke with Eva Lenoir from EBAY & she took the gift card numbers. The vehicle was supposed to be put on a trailer and delivered to my house which never happened.
