I received a letter with a fake $199 "voucher" , but they request a FAKE update of the coverage of my car. They also have this other phone number for spanish speakers: 855-454-0932. It looks so fake that I was laughing when I received, but still is annoying that people are able to do this without a legal consecuence, even providing 2 phone numbers in the fake letter.

Sent notice asking to call 1-800-851-0673 with VIN and current mileage. There were no identifiers on the letter as to where it was coming from, except from some "Vehicle Services Division." Letter states that my car's factory warranty is about expire and to call to get coverage. My car is from 2009, it's 2023 now - the warranty expired a long time ago!! (haha, what!)
