Received notice in mail, called the dealership I got my vehicle from. Dealership confirmed the notice was not from them or the car manufacturer.

Called the number in the notice, talked with “Frank” who would not give me his managers name or information. Frank told me he was the manager, would not give me the name of their company.

Received a phone call from 1-229-332-7766 and they left a voicemail saying my warranty was expired and they could help me if I call them back at 1-888-573-0985. When I asked for Danielle who "left the voicemail", I was told she was on another call. I said that she only just called me and I missed it, to which the RUDE man on the line said "I guess you should have answered the [censored]ing phone instead of ignoring it".

I was called and told my car's warranty had run out. I was given another number to call . . . 888-256-5786 . . . I called several times . . . as soon as I asked for more information and how the company might know whether I had a car in or out of warranty, I was asked if I wanted to hear info about a warranty, when I said "no" . . . the company hung up on my . . . I get calls like this weekly . . . how can we prosecute or get rid of these people!??
