I hired this company to ship my vehicle for $875 from my grandfathers house to mine including a $175 reservation fee that I paid prior to pickup day. On the day of the shipment they called my grandfather and told him the driver that took that bid did not have insurance so they found another driver for $1575. They made him sign a new contract and pay a $150 gas fee for the driver. They gave me a fake number and name of the driver and when the real driver arrived he said they gave him the same contact number but a different name. Though it was always the same person answering the phone. The driver said he took the bid for $1250 and this gas fee was not a real thing and he never received anything from them. I have screenshots of them saying my grandfather paid “the driver $150” and screenshots of the contracts. After doing some research I’ve found a website with real reviews of other people claiming this company running similar scams on them. The constantly offer a low bid so you put a non refundable deposit down and then come up a reason why that driver can’t make it and hire a real company at a different price. I called told them they need to send that $150 to the real driver and the guy hung up on me. Then he called back and just kept saying “oh you mad”.
