I had reached out to for a quote to ship my son's car. I received a quote from this company who told me the cost and that they could charge less because they had their own drivers and carriers, insurance and no money up front. I was told it was the last spot on the truck. They told me I needed to pay $95.00 to hold the spot on the truck and it could only be paid through Zelle. I thought it was legit as a lot of companies are starting to use Zelle for payments.

They sent me a paid invoice showing the $95.00, and then sent me the driver's information told me to call him between 10:00 am - 11:00 am the next morning because the pick up window they gave me was from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm and I worked until 1:00 pm on 10/12/2024. Well tried calling the driver and he didn't answer his phone and I tried calling the # on the paper work and that # said the verizon # was disconnected or no longer service. But I got all call back 10 minutes later. The number that called me back from was Black Line vs Prime Auto Transports (but thought maybe is was recent name change). I was then told they changed my driver but wouldn't give me the information for the new driver and updated paperwork until I paid the remaining amount due of $230.00. Because the driver had a smaller load and needed to be able to pay for gas. Thought it was legit and paid the $230.00. I asked if the driver didn't show up if we would get our money back and was told yes. They he told me that I had to pay $299.00 for the insurance for the new driver. Was told it was included with the old driver but not the new driver. He told me we needed to pay it and we would get it back. We did pay it, but was able to reverse it when we were promised the driver was on his way, but never showed up and never responded back to my last message. They were supposed to pick up and 1 pm and after waiting for

2 1/2 hours we cancelled their services and asked for a refund. They never responded to my last message

They texted me the next day acting like nothing happened. Saying hello and asking how I was doing. My response was waiting for a refund. My son called them and was told the only way they would send us a refund was if we paid $150.00. My son said we are not sending you anything. I received an email 10/13/24. Which was suppose to include a cancellation invoice that was never included.

The driver called us today (10/14/2024) to see if we still needed his services and we told him no and to stop calling our phones.
