This person says she is a travel agent and has years of experience in booking trips. She has a Facebook, tik tok and YouTube. This lady will give you an estimate, “itinerary”, and states she will book the hotel, excursions, and flights to go and return. She never gave us our official itinerary, would dodge our questions regarding the itinerary, and did not secure our tickets to return home. During conversations, she will say she is constantly busy or helping other clients with itineraries or her kids are sick/in the hospital. Plenty of times my calls went to voicemail and she would take hours to respond via text or messenger. I asked her for reimbursement for our flight tickets since we had to buy two different flights to return home as she never found a solution and kept us waiting at the airport. She said she would be refunding our total amount and has stopped answering text, blocked me and others on social media, and has not refunded many other clients who were victims of her scam.

I booked a family trip to Europe with her to travel in March 2024. She never provided an itinerary, flights, hotel information. The day of trip, we were left stranded in Houston airport with no connection flight to Europe. Decided to cancel and requested a refund. It’s been 3 months since she told me I would get my refund and that has not happened. She’s only done a partial refund.

Booked a honeymoon thru VelaMar Travel, she took our money, only to find out she didn’t actually book anything, and now won’t answer messages or calls. There are 25+ people I found (after the fact) that she did the same to. Total money owed amounts to more than $60,000.
