I placed an order for three pairs of sweatpants on November 30, 2024. I shipping label was created on December 1, 2024. I still do not have the items. I contacted the company via email to ask when the items would be sent to the post office to be shipped and was told that tracking isn't available in real time but I would get the items. I then requested for my order to be canceled and was told that the order can't be canceled and it was coming. I again asked for tracking information and was told it's coming. I asked three more times for the order to be canceled and the response each time was it's coming but there is still no tracking information.
