they send application for medical staff and malpractice insurance requiring this before even having a real job to even present you for. So they are taking PPI without any need to have this data. It is not necessary to do this. They could simply request s self query from NPDB to screen candidates. They also require multiple references subjecting your colleagues to harassment and or other emails and phone calls. Very unethical behavior.
