I purchased a PlayStation Portal from VELOTRIC.com.co, through the Shop app for $129.99 on Dec 8,2023. I still don’t have tracking info and they won’t respond to the numerous emails I have sent. They also don’t provide a phone number. And they have deleted some of my reviews that I have made. When I go to my confirmation email and click on TRACK ON ORDER… the screen is completely blank now, when it wasn’t at first. Someone is scamming people out of their money and I want justice at this point!
