I originally ordered an anxiety ring from Venani December 1, 2021. I got a notification that the order shipped January 1, 2022. A little more than a month goes by and no ring. I contact the company and they said that the new arrival date is February 28, 2022. February 28 goes by and no ring, I contact them again and they said the new arrival date is March 30. March 30 arrives and no ring. I contact them again and they said they now consider it lost. My USPS service and I considered it lost about the middle of Februrary. They asked if I would consider a replacement shipment and a 20% partial refund which I would get in 7-10 business. I said I would and I sent them the verfication my address was correct.

Fast-forward to 10 days after the last email, I email them again about my refund as I never I got and they say they are working with their logistics partners about my order and to be patient. I get another update a couple days later saying the same thing.

Fast-forward to April 25, 2022, I still have not gotten my refund nor have gotten my replacement shipment. I email them asking for an update. I get an email in the wee hours of April 26 saying they consider my shipment lost and if I would consider a partial refund. I quickly email them back and say that I already consented to the partial refund and replacement shipment which neither of which as come yet. I also say that I would like a FULL REFUND and that I will be reporting them to ScamPulse.com for scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I quickly get an email back that they will tell the manager that I want a refund. We will see if I actually get one.

Made a purchase of anxiety rings that totaled $49.94 that were never delivered after payment online. Tried to email support and heard nothing back and they do not have a phone number with their support contact information.
