I ordered a Vintage bracelet and never got an order confirmation, order number, tracking number, or anything else letting me know my order has even been placed. When emailed and confronted with the claims they are a scam, they replied saying " We assure you, that may be other companies, but not us, however we are not responsible for items "lost in transit"". I was able to cancel my card and decline the charge made to it from these scam artists. DO NOT BUY OR GIVE YOUR INFO TO THIS "COMPANY"!

I ordered a watch on January 27. Did not receive any info regarding arrival. I sent 2 emails regarding the issue. Was told on Feb. 24 the item was shipped. Provided a tracking number from Aliexpress. Item wasn’t shipped until the 27 of Feb. Aliexpress says delivery between 3/28-4/17. Website says 1-4 weeks.. Just sent 2 more emails with no reply yet! So ridiculous at this point! Didn’t find a number to call.

I ordered a pair of baby boots from this company about 10 days ago. Did not receive any email confirmation of an order. Called a number that appeared under their company name and there was just a generic 'leave your name after the tone' message. I fear that this company is stealing money from people and is getting away with it. Thank goodness I didn't provide my credit card info. Is there any way to report them to authorities?

This online company Veneno Fashion (Emerta) takes your payment (via PayPal or credit card) and, in my experience, does not deliver the item purchased. Their email address is answered by someone who only goes by the name Pearl, and their answering machine is the voice of some guy who does not identify his name or the business name. It is very suspicious. Pearl would not provide an estimated shipping date, and she did not respond to my request for a refund since the item was not delivered. I looked at Facebook and Twitter and customers posted similar issues with submitting payment to Veneno but not receiving the item. Please exercise extreme caution and at the very least I recommend NOT providing your credit card information!
