I placed an order for 7g for 55 and was charged 8 times for one purchase. And then 62.40 on July 7 2022 and I never ordered buds. A woman told me I was charged 8 times on the 6th because there system messed up and I had orderd 8 times in the past month and thats not true they refuse to show proof of my charges in the past and I can't contact the manager. This is fraud do not order from this shop its very scettcy.Venice buds stole 400$ from my bank account.

Venice Buds Delivery continues to advertise on their website an edible The Cookie Factory Blackout Brownie 1000 mg for $20.00
2 were ordered and the online total including delivery was $45.00
When it was delivered, only 1 cookie was in the package, and $50 was charged.
The store will do nothing to honor this advertisement, claiming a mistake on the website, and basically says it's the purchaser's problem.
When phoned a very rude woman who will not give her name (and who says she made the delivery) said it was a mistake on the website, and will take time to correct on the website. The website continues to list the $20 price.
This is false advertising and looks like Bait&Switch.
They should have called first to notify of the change in order, or at least called after to explain what happened, They appear to be unethical in this situation and should be watched and avoided by vulnerable populations.
When asked why they did not notify the person ordering, she made excuses, yelled, and gaslighted. If she was telling the truth and the cookie was $50, with the delivery fee it should have been $55. This makes it impossible to believe the woman who made the problem.
