Tried to get a Side by side, from a person my sister know. I put money down. The person asked for more and that is when i know that this was not the peraon my sister know. Found out she hacked and the 800.00 was sent over. I reched out to venmo to let them know and got no response back. I called my bank and put a stop payment on any Venmo transactions. 2 days later Venmo paid the hacker and is now tell me I have to pay them. I filed a report and they did not stop the payment. They also know from another person that my sister knows that got scamed by the person, that that the hackers Venmo account was marked as someone doing fraud.

Now Venmo is wanting be to pay for something i never received. As well as somthing i denied and sent them notice for. I have screan shoots from the hacker that they would refund me. I do not have a credit card with them. And denid the payment. They paid it anyway and in now wanting my money. They are not going after the hackers money they sent them without my approval.
