Found website on Pinterest on sale garden products. Should have known too good to be true. The company claims a legit business company number of 12631642. I bought a fenced in garden container as well as too metal containers for the price of $41.05 on my credit card in case it was a robot/scam situation as they are more secure. All seemed legit with the use of the cc security code etc. The company is under one name on the website as Ventrall, however it is under Lefern Co. Unlimited Hamilton House, Mabledon Place, London, England WC1H9BB. I emailed the one given as no phone number to make an order or talk to customer service representative, which is another indicator of a scamming business. They did not send a tracking order and I had to email for a request. There was no indication of coming via UPS or FedEx and no USPS tracking number but a different type and it was coming from China. After several weeks I got a tracking order and it showed that my parcels arrived on the 12 of June 2023 at the post office so I went there and nothing was received and they could not track it with the "tracking number" they used. I have contacted them two other times and they keep insisting it was delivered and that they will only refund me a partial amount and no official USPS tracking number given as well.

I tried to download and it was taking the whole website so if you can send me an email I will forward the emails.
