I was searching on the internet, this company popped up and informed me that I had received a prize of a cordless drill or driver at the cost of shipping which was 29.97. I filled in the information which included my debit card number. My bank flagged the transaction as a possible scam and informed me. They recently sent me a provisional credit notification reversing the hold on payment. I called the bank to find out more. They told me that the vendor had canceled the "subscription" on my behalf. I never agreed to any subscription for $138.95. This is a scam operation not a business
