User won't refund

Seller refunded to refund or make case after FedEx driver admitted to delivering them to wrong address. Fraudulently signed for me. He confessed to FedEx. My self and seller. Seller said to bad . Nothing we can do since they don't insure the packages. Told me next time insure it.

horrible service and all you get told are lies they are total scammers stay away from this business they take your money and just lie lie and more lies, paid for adaptors 3 weeks later nothing rang them many times and they constantly said they were shipping and never did all they did was give fake tracking numbers which were just label created and never shipped

Hello,

I purchased eighteen, three inch short spike lug nuts in the colour “illusion sour apple” from Venum Wheel. It was an online purchase. Through a chain of emails, I confirmed with the company that this colour was available. They told me that it was available, so I placed my order.

When the lug nuts arrived, they were a much different colour than what was listed on the website. I contacted the company again, pointing out that what I had ordered was nothing like what I received. They brushed it off and chalked it up to the colours looking different depending on the lighting. A small discrepancy in appearance due to lighting is understandable, however the colour I ordered and the colour I received was not anything alike. I asked for them to send me the correct color, but they refused to. Furthermore, I had to send and resend several emails, as my messages were being ignored. (They were posting on instagram, but weren’t getting back to me for several days at a time)

Losing hope, I checked out their Instagram page (venum_wheel) I noticed that they were listing the exact same colour lug nuts I received, under a completely different names - “illusion lime” as well as “illusion green ice”.

It then then became apparent to me that this company fraudulently sells their products under different labels and chalks up the colour discrepancies to “lighting” or “curation time”.

It disgusts me that a company can get away with this - as they boast to have ninety+ colour options on their website, yet seemingly half those colour options are fake.

I will try to send back my lug nuts for a refund. I wish for no one else gets scammed from this company, as I did. I just don’t think it’s fair for a company to advertise a product under a false name with a false appearance, and get away with it.
