An ad appeared in FB for a Vera Bradley Syracuse University Tote Bag at a discounted rate. I made the purchase of $37.90 on June 27, 2023. On July 1, 2023 I received an email that tracking # AG had been created and my order "was on the way". I tried the tracking number several times on the link they provided to no avail. I finally emailed the customer service at "[email protected]" only to be told that their records indicated that I had received the package - that I should "check" with the post office - family and friends for my package. Well, I did check the post office on Sat., Aug 5th (unable to attach) and found that the tracking number they provided - the ticket had only been created, not yet in the system! I have been back and forth with them by email - they act like they are doing me a favor offering me 5% back. I'm sick to my stomach. It may not seem like a lot but this was a gift and now I'm at a loss for a gift and out of $$.
