My mom ordered items she believed to be Vera Bradley purses through a Facebook ad on October 18 2023. She reached out to the company through the provided email address on her confirmation email when she hadn’t received it at which point they claimed it was delivered with a fake tracking number.

She then went to our local post office where a mail person tried to look up the given tracking number and it was fake/Chinese number. Since then, she’s been corresponding with a customer service agent at the company which is clearly not Vera Bradley where they are offering her continual increases in refund stopping pat at 70%. She’s also contacted her credit card company to dispute the charge/claim.

I’ve attached the file of her emails with the company. (If it didn’t work please reach out for a forwarded copy as I’m using a cell phone to upload)
