Placed an order with tracking # from China. Supposedly delivered to me but I never received it. Contacted seller 3 times and no info provided. No refund was given.

My wife ordered several items from a Facebook add. The confirmation email concerned me because there was little company information available. No phone number or address. But it was too late by the time I got involved. We got a tracking number and were told it would deliver 6/26/24, four weeks after it supposedly shipped. The tracking company said it delivered but didn’t show our address on their website map. So we contacted email support at [email protected] and they told us it was USPS fault. They told us to have them track it, but the number came up invalid in their system. I relayed this to the support email, and now they are offering to reship toe order, which I am sure will not be what we ordered if it ever comes. We disputed the charge three times with our credit company. But they keep trying to charge our card every month. It’s a nightmare.

I just ordered some items from a so called vera Bradley site. They have charged my credit card. What can I do now.?

The page for this business appeared on my Facebook. I clicked on the link provided (verabradleyus.vip). Made my order on June 30th. They did send me an email confirming my order on 7/1 and my payment was taken out on 7/3/23 by I'm assuming their 3rd party payor named Martzik. On July 10th I emailed the address provided for any questions to [email protected] requesting an ETA on my order, no response back. Emailed them again on 7/17, no response. And finally once again on 7/20 and still no response but this time I asked for the products to be sent or give me my money back and that the next step would be to report them. That didn't even prompt them to respond. I did not receive an address error message or that it couldn't be delivered so I know my emails are being delivered. I have no idea where they are located. At first I thought I was purchasing directly from Vera Bradley which is a reputable company. Didn't realize anything until I received my confirmation email that it was from verabradleyus.vip. I have clicked on the links that say VIEW YOUR ORDER or VISIT OUR STORE only to get a message that the webpage is not available. At this point I'm thankful I didn't make a huge purchase! I even saved the page in my Facebook's saved pages and you can't even access from there.

I placed an order with who I thought was vera bradley but when I called them they had no info about my order. Please help I have made a claim with my bank and I let the real vera bradley know.

Placed an order from verabradleyshop.online and they said they would send a confirmation email. Never received an email. They took out the money very fast though. From my bank it said SQ*MEGHAN MOORE gosq.com IL They took 50 from me. Beware of this site! Don't let them scam you like they did me!

Website was accessed through a Facebook link and used exact replica of true Vera Bradley site right down to showing itself as verabradleyshop.online. It includef product descriptions and layout that were exact replicas of the true Vera Bradley site, offered contact information etc to appear as a reliable site. However once you proceeded to check out, your information was taken and you were not given a confirmation number. Upon checking bank account it showed a pending transaction to SQ* Erica Greer. When attempting to reach their help email I was notified the count did not exist, at which point I realized it was a scam.
