I placed an online order at Vera Bradley outlets on January24, 2024. I received an email confirming the order. The amount of $80.00 was taken out of my checking account. I never received the items. I tried contacting the email that was sent to me several times. The email is getting sent to an email address [email protected] that is not vera bradley. I don’t know what to do. The site looked exactly like vera Bradley's site and when you click on links it brings you to the vera Bradley page, but it is not vera Bradley who I placed the order with. Please help me get my money back.
