I thought I placed an order. I paid using Paypal. I never received the merchandise. I have contacted the customer service listed. I have been trying for months to get a refund. The customer service department tells me to use the tracking number. They are trying to resolve the issue. I contact them a few weeks later and they start the process all over. This has been going on for 10 months. I just feel better about reporting the issue.
