I found this business on my Facebook page feed and thought I was dealing with the real Vera Bradley company. I clicked on the link provided (verabradleyus.vip) and entered an order on June 30th. I received an email on 7/1, confirming my order. It also said if there were questions to contact [email protected]. I was also notified that I would receive an email when my item was shipped. Concerned that the email address was [email protected] and not Vera Bradley, I tried to contact them using the email address provided. There was no response. I asked them to cancel the order immediately and refund my money. The company is now showing up on my credit card statement as "Martzik". There has been no response from the company and no product has been delivered. The web address for the company is no longer valid.
