I placed an order for VeraLabs and my credit card was charged for $39.95 on August 13, 2024. When I received the product, it was not at all that was shown on their website/ad. I sent the customer service an email asking how to return it on September 2, 2024. I was told the next day that it was a faulty and I will be receiving a replacement. I sent several more emails asking for a refund and advised them that I did not receive the replacement. They did not credit my credit card either for the "faulty" unit. In fact, they didn't respond back to any follow up emails.
What they sent was not at all that was shown on their website/advertisement. There isn't any address listed for VeraLabs on their website. The credit card charge listed Queens, NY. The return address of the shipment I received was from ***** ********* **** ******* ***** ******* Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
I would love to get a credit for the amount paid. I also want to warn others because they did a bait and switch, They advertise one but sent a different one. Thank you,
