On May 2, 2023, I saw an ad for Brooks running sneakers that were on sale on Facebook. They appeared to be from an outlet store. I placed an order using my debit card. I ordered Womens Brooks Addiction GTS15 Black/Ebony. On May 13, 2023, I received a package in the mail and it contained a pair of shoes. The shoes do not have any identifiable information on them, there was no invoice enclosed etc. The envelope that they were shipped in said that the return address was Hou Wenzheng, 1700 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048.

Ordered shoes 4/18/23. Money taken immediately. Got email stating shipped. Last tracking shows it was delivered, but in California. I do not live in this state. 5 emails to seller with no response.

I ordered four pairs of Hokas and was sent a receipt for the four pairs of Hokas we ordered. What came in the mail were four pairs of shoes that were not Hokas and in the wrong size. 2 pairs of Adidas Yeezy and 2 pairs of unlabeled shoes, all in the wrong sizes and clearly made from styrofoam.

I responded to an ad on Instagram for Hoka women’s shoes on close out. You are let to believe it is a direct Hoka website. It gives a Texas address. I ordered on April 8th with credit card a Capital One Venture card. It showed up the next day as international transaction. When I tried to get back into their online store I could not. Their order confirmation looks legitimate. Gives their email to contact them, no phone number given. The business on the charge is different than the email given. The charge is to company PHP*varyframe. I just received May 18th a no name pair of men’s tennis shoes. Nothing remotely resembling the Hoka shoes in the pic.

offerered sale on hokas, bought them, confirmed sale, notified when shipped with a tracking number. They never came, checked tracking number and no such number.
