Can to place of business and said he had contractors lic and could help out with repair to my shop the had been burnt due to homeless people and the money I had he could use for the materials and had a lot of people that could help with labor I give him 60,000 and he never started what he was supposed to do and when I asked for my money back he @mailed me and said he was going to refund my money back in full and a day later said it was late and not able to send out and keeps going but know he blocked me and want answer my @mail
