I ordered a switch wallet from Verge on 12/4/20. At checkout they offered a second wallet at half price. I decided to order a second wallet. My order arrived two weeks after Christmas with only one wallet. I was charged for both wallets. I have wrote numerous emails and they have not responded. I even sent them a message through Facebook they saw it and they don’t care. I want my money back not only for the wallet that they didn’t deliver but for the one I received it’s not a good wallet at all and my son isn’t using it.

I purchased a wallet from this company’s website a month ago. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response regarding my order or refund. I have also sent a message to the company via social media (Instagram), but no response. There is no updated information my order, from a Chinese carrier, since December 23, 2020. The lack of customer Service and communication has resulted in me believing this company is not legit.
