Verizon Letter Reports & Reviews (1)

- Curtice, OH, USA • Jun 10, 2024

I received a personalized letter falsely advertising to me as a senior citizen, a FREE 5G phone along with two lines at $30.00 per month. The Offer code within the letter dated June 3rd was: E24T4PR426785252. The letter said to bring the letter into a T-Mobile Store. The salesperson had no knowledge of this offer. He sent me to Metro T-Mobile (stating the 2-businesses were owned by the same company, but were separate business). The Metro-T-Mobile clerks knew nothing of this offer. I went back and forth to BOTH STORES TWICE. No luck. They store clerks told me to try on line. Then, I called the(844) 346- 2291 within the letter. They told me to go to the store again. I went to the library and tried to retrieve the offer on line. No Luck, they said they did not know anything about this offer. The minimum I would have to pay is $75.00 per month ( not $30.00=2 lines @ $30.00 each=$60.00). It seems the business might not have sent out this advertisement.
