I first things first it’s not giving me an option an option to tell you I paid cash and he tried to steal $4100 from me . The employee‘s name was Zane Fritts. It was just me him and another employee a woman that left . it was us three I walked into the Verizon store to get a new phone for me and my son around 815 830It was an hour till closing. The gentleman tells me the credit card machine doesn’t work and I told them would he take cash. He told me yes I pay him $3150. 00 I paid off my old phones and he made new contracts for my new phones. It was 30 minutes 45 minutes after close. I’m in the front door outside talking to my fiancé. He brings me my phones in one bag and my chargers, phone covers and receipts in the other.I tell him I need to be sure I have receipts for the $3100 cash I paid. I open the paperwork. No receipt shows cash paid another receipt shows $1100 balance due. I ask him where are my receipts for the $3100 cash. I just gave you tonight. I need the receipt receipts. I’m not leaving without the receipt receipts on the receipt you gave me it shows $1100 balance due. I told him are y’all trying to play me here I want my receipts. I’m not leaving without my receipts. He turns around sharply and fast and puts his fist and finger in my face. All I asked for was my receipts. Obviously this was a scam. He tried to steal the cash from me and act like I didn’t know, and it was closing time for me to leave. I’ve dealt with this human being before and there’s red flags all over my account of funds I don’t have and I’m being charged for lines. I don’t have or don’t use I’m being charged for and now he steals $3100 from me and charges me another thousand dollars balance due.. I need to press charges with the police. I need to go to the Better Business Bureau. This gentleman has definitely done this again. There’s no way this guy named Zane can get away with taking my money and not giving me a receiptreceipt. And after that, all I asked for was the receipt and I get threatened after I just paid $3100 cash and I get no credit for it.. this store needs to be reported. This store needs to be audited. The IRS needs to go into the store and check their numbers. This is not fair. This is not human. This is not American.. I’m taking this up all the way to the president of Verizon . I’m pressing charges legally. I’m pressing charges for attempted battery. I’m press charges for theft and I’m pressing charges that he’s hacked into my phone and it’s charging lines on my phone that I don’t have for commission.. I need help. Can someone please help me they cannot get away with this. This is illegal. He needs to be in prison not selling phones to the public.
