I personally met Mrs. Devera years ago but still know a few people who currently remain in contact with her and/or her husband Joey. She has prior history with fraudulent activity from stealing customers personal information and identity. She also does not pay her employees legitimately. Sometimes not at all. She also uses her husband to threaten anyone trying to confront her to pay them what’s owed. I can give personal names and locations to people who have either witnessed or engaged in her fraudulent activities. Also names to people who have worked for her and went unpaid. A couple of friends working with or for her are convicted felons of identity theft. Mrs. Devera is a long time abuser of methamphetamine as well as a gambling addiction. Please reconsider giving her the authorization and access to innocent peoples homes. Their personal info and belongings are not safe with her.
