I ordered a bird feeder was double charged for a piece of crap that was broken upon delivery and after being promised 3 days delivery, I waited 10 to get it from

China when it was supposedly from the US. Since then the company has attempted to charge me 2 times and even with emails and phone calls will not stop trying to charge me.
