My name is Kanehsia Gardner, and I am writing to address an issue I've encountered with an order I placed through a seller on TikTok. I am requesting assistance to receive the items I paid for.

Details of the Situation:

• I placed an order and paid for the items, but the seller later canceled the order and began requesting additional payments, including fees for shipping and insurance, which were not part of the original agreement.

• I did not receive the items I paid for, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the issue remains unresolved.

• I am asking for TikTok's assistance in ensuring that the items I paid for are shipped to me as originally intended.

I understand that TikTok has a platform that helps ensure fair transactions, and I am requesting your help to receive the products I have already paid for. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed as quickly as possible.

Details of the Situation:

1. Order Issues:

I made a purchase through a seller on TikTok and paid for the items. However, the seller later canceled the order and began requesting additional payments, including $36 for a fee, $65 for another fee, and $125 for shipping. These charges were not mentioned when I made the purchase, and I was misled into paying them. I did not receive the items, and the seller's requests for additional payments have left me confused and frustrated.

2. Inappropriate Behavior:

Throughout the process, the seller engaged in personal and inappropriate conversations, asking about my age, relationship status, and even requesting pictures of me. These comments made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, as they were irrelevant to the order and seemed to cross professional boundaries.

3. Unresolved Issue:

I have reported the issue in the past, but I have not received any resolution or compensation for the money I paid. The seller's actions were misleading and unprofessional, and I feel that I have been taken advantage of.

What I Am Seeking:

• A refund for the items I paid for but did not receive.

• An investigation into the seller's behavior and whether it violates TikTok's policies and community guidelines.

• Guidance on how to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening to others.
