I saw an ad for a King Charles Spaniel and contact the seller via email. Her name is Veronica Ramos and she lives in Santa Rosa, CA. Her phone number is ***-***-***. She said the cost would be $450 and that would cover the cost of the puppy as well transportation fees. After I paid, she said I need to pay an additional $1500 for pet travel insurance that was refundable. I looked up the courier she said she was using Global Trans Courier (also known as Global Forward Courier) and they did not exist. It was a fake company. I disputed this with her and she refused to refund my money.
