I purchased an ebike off a website call vethershop.com through a company called Xindang for $89

I was told the package was to be sent in 12 days. It took 26 days to get a tracking number.

Once i was told it was delivered i was at home and nothing ever came.

I was home at the exsact time the delivery supposed to be droped off according to a shipping company called 17 track. Nothing ever came. Not the day of and nothing the days after or before.

I freached out to the company email and they claim they did ship and deliver what i ordered.

After telling them this they stoped emailing me back

It was very discounted the item I was looking forward to getting it It kept saying not shipped and they said to be shipped to three to five days and it's been over a week or two I'm very mad I would appreciate it if get money back soone or anyway possible I very upset
