advertised "free" offer and you pay shipping and that product is all natural. NOT! and then since it was not clear on the advertisement, they charged me 175.00 a couple of weeks later, NONREFUNDABLE. I had an allergic reaction to this cream and if I knew I had to call in to cancel I would have, but they did not say anything about calling back on the ad. this scam ended up costing me 190.00 and the product is crap, the customer service is crap, they said they can NOT refund any of my money. BIG RIP OFFS AND I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO WASTE ON SUCH PEOPLE WITH SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. since they do not have an office with an addresss, they cannot be confronted, although my bank is trying to do something?
