This company is posing as The Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). It looks like an official DMV website. They take your credit card info and then charge you for a service you do not need. It is for downloaded instructions on how to register your vehicle online. $19.95 plus a $4 transaction fee. This is all done in a very misleading way. I went to get a refund and they told me it would be 4 to 5 days! This is a scam.

They have a logo in the upper left corner that makes it look official.
