Purchase from this company in a Facebook add. Have not received the foot spa. Got a shipping number but it has never left CA. No answer from e-mail and a recording when you call. This is a Scam!1

I also believe this is a fake company. I ordered on 5/2/2020, and then when I went to check on the delivery tracking saw that it wasn't even shipped. I cancelled the order, and received the email that they were out of the office, but will process the refund immediately. When that didn't happen, I emailed again, only to be told that the item had shipped and I COULD NOT cancel. Well, according to their website, this particular parcel is still waiting (somewhere in Inglewood, CA) to be picked up. I believe this is a TOTAL SCAM/FRAUD company. I am going to file a fraud affidavit with my bank to try and recover the funds. I recommend that anyone looking to buy something of this nature, use Amazon.

I have placed an order with this company that never arrived. They processed the payment and sent a link to track it. The tracking has been sitting in the same place for 1 month and 15 days. I ordered on march 30th, 2020. I cannot reach anyone. The voicemail is a digital voice. I have sent numerous emails, asking where the item is without getting help.

I believe this is a fake company that has taken mine and many other hard working people's money. Please investigate.
