I ordered shoes from this company. When I received a tracking number, it didnt go anywhere. When I contact their customer service it was a robot response and couldn't give me straight information. They said due to holidays, shipments will be delayed (Sept). The tracking says it was originated in New Jersey but the service response said they are being shipped from China. They are not being shipped at all and no one answers the phone and the emails are not complete and don't respond to my questions.
