Please don't buy from this site. Most people come on here seeing watches that look just like a $30,000 Rolex, remember the old rule. If something seems too good to be true, well it probably is. I have ordered probably 50 items off of DHGate and there was 3 or 4 times where I didn't get the items I paid for but other than that I love the site. Everything they sell comes from China so just a heads up on that. Shipping usually takes about a month. I returned a item recently and also out a smashed budweiser can that was soaked in fart spray. Whoever opens it will be infected with Budweiser virus, seeing as they gave us the Corona virus.haha

Scam Alert! Ordered an Invicta watch over a month ago, and I received a tracking number last week. I downloaded the Shop Tracking App, and it says “order delivered today”. Problem is, it is still stuck in China. Everyday it says Processing, or Dispatched, or In Transit. However, it never seems to actually leave China. I have requested a refund. Next step, I will report it to my credit card company as fraud, in order to get the money back on my card. DO NOT ORDER from Vessful. They are a scam!

I ordered three items separately.
If you live in the U.S.A. like I do, you are ordering from a company in China. Shipping is longer than normal, so you gotta have patience. The tracking information before it gets to U.S.A. is in Chinese, I cannot read this. It takes about a month to receive your order once paid for. I disputed one order saying it was not what I ordered, first they offered me $2.00 and keep the item, I said not satisfactory. Then they replied I ordered this item, no mistake on their part. For Americans it's frustrating dealing with a Chinese company in China. But, if you don't mind the long delivery, and potential for errors, do it. I am reluctant to buy from Vessful again. Oh, holiday season approaching, your order will take even longer!

I ordered a watch from this website, it’s been a little over a week and I haven’t heard anything about my product being shipped. I looked up reviews and they’ve all said the same thing. They say that they prefer the watches and the seller gives them fake tracking numbers, fake emails, they always say there’s glitches in the system, all this stupid [censored]. But then they never receive the watch or when they do get it months later it’s the wrong one.

E process the next day and out for delivery that was about too weeks ago and still was not shipped

Call ur card's provider and explain to them you've believed you been scammed. They will ask for email address of the sellers and amount you paid via debit or credit. I did the same thing against new Garry jewelry. I ordered items in June and it was said to be delivered on August 13th but nothing came to my address. I contacted my card provider and gave detailed info and by the end of the night I was refunded my full amount back to my card.
