Type of a scam Online Purchase

My board broke within 6 months and when I asked them on advise of how to fix they just offered a replacement case. When I bought it and opened the skate up I realized I cant fix it as the case is glued with delicate soldering parts and normal person cannot handle let alone have a clue on where to begin. When asked for further response they just ignored me and scammed.

Absolutely a scam company. Promise 15 day shipping max yet it takes double that and they refuse to offer any help or even respond to you whatsoever. After 60 miles my belt broke along with my bearings. Now I'm hearing a ticking noise and they refuse to help me solve the issue. They are violating there own warranty which really is (or atleast should be) illegal. I gave these people 1100 dollars and in turn have gotten nothing but bad experiences.

Vestarboards promises high quality Electric Skateboards, yet after 5 days they break down and they offer to send you some free parts to fix it. Now I am out of $669.99??? The Vestar Electric Mini Skateboard I bought randomly stopped while going high speed and I almost killed myself when thrown off board in high traffic??? They also have fake reviews on YouTube that make it seem like it's an awesome product??? Even though I tried to stop purchase initially, they refused to give me a refund even though they hadn't shipped yet??? They also ship their products to Hawthorne, California where they shipped it out to me instead of directly from China like they said??? I want my money back!!!
