AI/responsive recording named "Michael" called to solicit donations for a charity to combat veteran suicide. Whether or not the charity ("Ranger" something) is legitimate, the solicitation tactic and script were fishy, first asking that 'when you receive a big and a small envelope, throw something in there for our veterans' and then, after a neutral response, asking for an immediate donation ("Now do you want this $50 donation to be for one-time?") That seemed really off, so I interrupted and said "are you a real person, Michael?" yet the script continued. Seems like a scam being peddled as a worthy cause, though if it is legitimate they really need to use more honest tactics. I'm wary either way.
