I too have had the misfortune in dealing with Mr. Feiro. I paid him $3200 for a deck around an above ground pool and he clearly, and I mean CLEARLY has no idea how to build anything let alone a deck. I too have spoken to at least 5/6 other people who have had the same thing happen to them. I have filed complaints and am headed to court soon. I can't believe this guy is not in jail yet. How many times does he have to do this before he gets real jail time.

david or dwight fiero accepted two large deposits up front for work on my parents house. after a few short days of demo he disappeared with the remainder of the money. they are left with a yard full of garbage and a gutted first floor. all told he owes us around $9000. he has created several different facebook business and personal pages to avoid the negative reviews people leave. i have personally spoken with at least 5 different people who have experienced the same exact thing from him.

he is an unabashed scammer and thief with decades of experience in check fraud and contracting scams. it boggles my mind but somehow there seems to be no legal recourse. right now he is likely onto his next 'job'.
