This company has ads placed on Groupon. They never replied to any of my emails or sent me a tracking number for my order. There is no phone number listed or physical address on their website. They only have an email address but the buyer never receives a direct response- just an automated reply.

Placed order for Bully Stick product through Groupon. After purchase through Groupon i was directed to Vetsapproved.com to place actual order. I utilized the coupon code Groupon provided on the Vetsapproved website and placed my order X 2 for 10 X 2 (20) Bully sticks on two separate orders. I also took advantage of a "pop-up" on the Vetsapproved site allowing me to purchase 10 more Bully sticks for $9.90 plus shipping. So far i have received nothing. Groupon said i should contact Vetsapproved and Vetsapproved has an auto-reply to my email saying it may take 12 weeks or more to fill the order.

Since then i contacted Groupon and they indicated Vetsapproved "lost" many orders so i should reach out to them again. I did that today - 04/18/2024 and got an auto-reply message from Vetsapproved saying they would contact me in 24 hours.

Groupon advertised a treat for dogs that is called bully sticks. 10 sticks for a cheap price. So I bought the groupon. As I was ordering the sticks from the company, the website kept showing how much additional sticks would cost if you wanted to add to the order. The price was so good, I order not one additional set of ten, but two additional groups of ten. This was done on January 10, 2024. Since that time I have sent numberous emails to the company asking when can I get me order. The company does not have a published phone number. After 7 weeks I complained to groupon. They have since refunded the initial cost of the bully sticks and have taked the offer off their site. However, my multiple emails to groupon asking if their offer was a scam has gone unanswered. While I am still out the additional expense of two batches of bully sticks, it is now 10 weeks since the order was placed. Groupon should be responsible for orders placed as a result of their advertising.

VetsApproved is scam. They take your money and give NOTHING. DON'T waste your money on Groupon
I hate that they scam pet parents.
I just wanted to get chew treats for my girls

Purchased item on Groupon had to go to the website to pay shipping. After two months and many emails requesting refund still have not been refunded shipping.

Like others, I bought vouchers from Groupon. Used a voucher and selected 1 - 2 weeks for shipping. I waited for a month, nothing. I emailed the vetsapproved (email is the only option since they don't give a phone # on their site), waited a week, no response. Contacted the Groupon. They told me to contact vetsapproved. I told them I already did, but no response from them. Groupon refunded the used voucher and unused voucher. Just disputed $10.95 with the credit card company and I was immediately approved of the dispute. Perhaps the credit card company already knows this is a risky business.

Ordered dog chew sticks, said 1-2 weeks delivery and NOTHING has ever showed up. Emailed multiple times with no response. They were recommended on Groupon too. They took the money and ran.

The product was offered through Groupon; you order it, and a coupon code is sent to you to redeem on the business' website, which I did. I even paid for faster shipping (1 -2 weeks). That was 2 months ago.

Ive emailed the company 3 times, and no reply (beside an auto generated response).
