VEVOR Reports & Reviews (10)

So I ordered their oil press on nov 1st 2022 with a good 'discount' then on Nov 2nd I saw a few purchase attempts. It's worth noting that I paid them using my credit card directly. So I thought that perhaps I had had my credit card details stolen somehow around the same time. Shady or suspcious at least not right? It was then that I went online and checked their reviews...I have since cancelled my order and requested a refund. While this is just an assumption it appears they used my card details to try and charge my account using other business names. ( 'DBI AR Discounts CA - US' and 'Institutional Real EstCA - US') My bank blocked those transactions due to fraud. I would not advise you to buy anything from this commerce.

Do not buy - Chinese company pretending to be Europe.

I ordered a farm implement from Vevor. The next day they sent an email stating the product had shipped and provided a FedEx tracking number. FedEx confirmed that the product had never been delivered by Vevor for shipment and that only a shipping label had been created. I waited until the expected delivery date provided by FedEx. That day passed and FedEx then discontinued tracking, stating that there was no longer an expected delivery date. I contacted Vevor by phone at their supposed customer service number. It is merely an answering service. I explained what had occurred and told them to cancel my order. I was told that the company would have to "approve" my cancellation. The next day, I received an email from the company stating that a shipping label had again been created and that they would send the order as soon as they could. I again emailed back to cancel the order. Crickets. Finally, I contacted my credit card company and received a prompt refund to my card. Based on a Google search, I note that my experience appears common. All of the positive ratings for this company online are appear clearly to be generated by the company itself, often providing a link to shop with the company. How obvious can you be. Based on Vevor's high quality website, all of the bot reviews, etc., this has all the appearances of a very sophisticated scam.

Vevor is not a legitimate company. They bill your credit card and do not ship the product. They cannot be reached for resolution of a refund. Please beware as it is awful to have your money taken, no product and no response. Their website appears legitimate and you will initially receive many email from 'customer care' telling you the product is on its way. It will never arrive, and when you try to call them you will only speak to a message taker not a person who can take any action.

They are a scam.

I purchased a telescoping pruning saw ,it broke the second time I used it. I called customer service immediately to see what could be done .I couldn’t reach a person I was forced to leave message .Approximately 10 days later I tried again, this time and the next time the voicemail was full. I now researched for anew number and spoke to a women who asked if I would like the saw replaced or a refund. Because I needed to finish the project I opted for the saw.I was asked to sent pictures,I did. The next day I received and email from someone else asking fo a video which I supplied showing what had broken.I received an email the next day stating they were having problems with there supplier getting back to them. They said they would get back to me in a few days. After reading that I tried calling the women who I originally dealt with, only to get a message that number is know longer in service, tried a second with a full mailbox ,then sent an email requesting a refund have heard back so I turned to my credit card company.I am waiting on a response!

Purchased a lab oven for our business from this website. It arrived damaged, does not function properly at all. When I contacted their customer service (via email because the phone number on their website says the mailbox is full and won't re-route calls anywhere else), they required photos and videos of proof then they sent instructions on what we needed to do to fix it. We attempted to fix but the problem persisted. We've asked them to return the item and refund the money but they refuse to. They keep offering a discount for us to keep it.

The product is defective and does not work at all. We will have to pay to dispose of this useless piece of equipment and I cannot get anyone to appropriately respond to this issue.

Additionally, the [email protected] email address uses a "shopify_service" name to indicate they are a shopify business (which they aren't). All communications seem to flow to a China team.

Such a waste of time, money, and hassle dealing with a fraudulent, shell of a business for a China company.

Tried to order a telescopic pole saw from 3 locations probably all alias for vevor.com. The first two were cancelled with an explanation saying the order should not have been accepted. The last was direct to the vivor (dot) com (dot) au website. That order was accepted, but a couple of days later I received an email saying that an I needed to show screenshot evidence of a paypal payment about 35% of the original purchase price for the delivery to be enabled from a different warehouse. The paypal account was sanvencorp01 (at) gmail.com. This seems like a scam to me. They offered to cancel the order and refund the payment. That may yet happen, but hasn't happened yet.

I was going to purchase an item from this website. The free shipping and ship time seemed suspicious. I tried calling customer support to verify ship time. The number was disconnected. I clicked the Facebook link to Chat 24*7. The FB page does not exist. I came to check ScamPulse.com and saw these 53 complaints! I did not place the order. I reported this company to the FTC for possible fraud. I suggest all others report this business to the FTC as well.

I bought an item on 4/14/21. They practically begged me to buy it. Waited a week, no tracking information. I contacted them an told them them my concern and they said they’d ship it out and to stop threatening them. Bottom line they will keep your money and not ship your item or they’ll send it to you broken. In my case it was the former.
