I have received multiple phone calls and emails from the company Vexaros. They say I need to update and renew my Microsoft Windows subscription. They offer me 3 different plans: 2 years for $299, 3 years for $399 and 5 years for $499. I had given them access to check on my Windows and then when I refused to pay, they locked up my computer. I had to take it to Staples to have them remove all the hacking software Vexaros added.

They send multiple emails with links that probably are corrupted and messed up my computer. They have called me from all kinds of numbers:

888-504-1086, 888-776-0953, 704-837-0329, 657-0422

Vexaros is a hacking company! They loaded software on my computer to spy and steal my confidential business I do on my computer.

Received back to back phone calls from a company called Vexaros at the following phone number 509-340-8896. Made contact with this company requesting no more contact, but still receiving back to back phone calls. Up to 9 today. Even went as far as blocking the number on my phone line, still receiving phone calls.

My husband and I have been receiving constant calls from this company since last month about "refinancing our home" as "mortgage rates are so low." I have tried telling them we rent and are on the do not call list, but they still call and have now tried calling more often, sometimes up to 4-6 times a week. I have tried blocking the phone number but they still try to get through. Someone else we know has also been receiving constant calls from this company, as well.
