selling lawnmowers for shipping charge , uses ****** and as an endorser and ****** would blow you case out the window without a second glace, ****** contacted them and the gave them a bogus tracking number pass to me followed UPS tracking and they sent me a statement it was delivered, I have camera on my house and the time UPS stated it was delivered the was no trace of a delivery in 30 minute time frame the driver stated he dropped on door step , contacted UPS about issue and they stated it was another address and would not give it to me, stated I had to contact seller, gave the information to ****** and they closed case stating it was completed and would not open it as if they did not care, I sent the complaint several times and ****** would close it out as completed, I do not have item or the money I sent. I also sent the same reply to the seller and after a few days later they replied stating they were sorry for the delay on the time for them to check what happen and asked me to hold while they check on it, that was last Thursday and no response since their web site is ( https://www.vfbcz.com/index.php?main_page=shopping_cart)
