About one or two months ago, I received a message on my computer to call as soon as possible as there was a problem with my computer. After I contacted the company, they said I was 97% hacked by seven people. The message was signed by Billy Hawk, Tech Manager. I called the company and they set up a contract which included the following, "thank you for choosing Vialra Corporation. We understand that you may have questions or problems on your computer or issues so we have mentioned below a few important phone numbers and details. Feel free to call or email us". I continued to receive calls from the company and they continued to do work on my computer for at least two more times. They then took over control of my computer for over six hours. That first email required a payment of close to $500.00 for two years service. I now have paid $500.00 and the calls have dwindled. My computer is now working.
