Executed a written agreement with Viano, Inc, Joanna Segoviano (CEO) any myself. I pay to Viano Group, Inc in amount of $3,590. under the terms of the agreement, Viano Group agreed to delivery to effectively present furniture portfolio quality Viano Group on website a photo. 2/18/2025 furniture was delivered, every single piece of furniture was damages, salvages, dirty, holes, broken, most furniture was scratched and cracks, sticking out sharp irons and etc. on 2/19/2025, I called to Viano Group (Stephanie) to take back all the furniture. They agreed to after they pick up all the 2/20/2025 and exchanged full refund to client. Since, 30 days passed, did not pay any dime. Scam, Contractual Fraud
