I purchased some clothing through an online website called Vianv.com, but they never arrived. They even gave me a tracking number and link to some online system, so I could watch the progress. Once the tracking said the items were delivered, I contacted their customer service to tell them they never arrived. They then said they would RESHIP the items and since I wasn't in a hurry I agreed. Once again, they gave me a tracking number and link to the same tracking system and i proceeded to follow "the package". The tracking showed things like, left warehouse, at US Customs, etc. Via my email correspondence with the Customer Service rep, I requested a signature to be required for delivery. Once again, the package was said DELIVERED on the tracking link and I reached back out to the customer service team and said never received and i requested a direct line to their delivery company which they could not provide. I requested they give me a copy of the "signed" receipt of delivery and of course, they could not produce that either. Finally, I just said I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a full refund but instead offered 90% refund. I said that wasn't good enough and I would take it up with my State Attorney General (MN) and my credit card company, which I did. The Credit Card company did reimburse me after I filed my claim. However, the customer service person basically THREATENED me to NOT go to my CC Company. So, then I got worried they were going to use my information (the card I gave them on file) to try and open additional cards. I worked with me CC company to get a new card and close out the one I used to purchase from Vianv. About a month later, I did have a credit card company call me about a new account opening in my name because I had a freeze on my credit. So, I reported it as a fraudulent attempt, and that CC Company quickly shut down that fraudulent application. Unfortunately, I have now seen on a website that watches fraudulent companies has Vianv listed. I wish I had checked before I put in the order. Please work to shut this scam down. What a pain in the....
