I own a business. We manage a property in Spartanburg SC as an events venue. We were looking to get internet at the location and on June 22nd 2023 I contacted ATT at 833 213 5285 and I spoke with a Helena about getting service connected. She advised I'd need to pay a one time fee of $100 for installation through Viasat. On June 29th I cancelled the installation via email. To my knowledge no service was provided. Come January and I'm doing my taxes and i have found 4 charges for $100 each from Viasat on my June bank statement. I contacted Viasat and they say they have no record of it and advised me to contact my bank.
