Last summer I foolishly ordered a tank top with matching leggings with a German shepherd logo and design on them. 60.00 worth. It took 2 months to get my order. Turns out they sent me a bull terrier outfit in the wrong size even. I contacted them and at first were very nice and promised to send the correct clothing out immediately. I waited yet again. My new order arrived finally and once again I was sent bull terrier clothing in the wrong size. So I contacted them yet again asking for a way to return my worthless clothes. They then told me that they apologized and it was completely their fault and I would be sent the appropriate clothing right out. It arrived yesterday, guess what I got another bull terrier outfit. I emailed them to ask for my money back and told them I was going to contact the bbb. Now even my emails are gone. I'm not sure what to do, I just want my money back and I'm terrified that they have my banking information.

I placed my order for comforter/quilt on July 15th 2020 based on the information provided on VibeCozy website. There are no indications on this sight that inform the purchaser that these items are shipping from another country. Delivery on these items were estimated no more than 25 days. It took almost 2 months to receive. Items are not up to par. Sizing is inaccurate and printing is less that acceptable. They are giving me the run around and expect me to accept an exchange. Their customer service and attention to this issue has been less than adequate. I urge the public to refrain from purchasing through this company. I believe legal action should be taken against VibeCozy.

Made my order May 17 2020 The website states it takes 10-15 business days to receive your purchase. When I wrote them 16 business days later, they informed me we were in the middle of a pandemic and I must remain patient. On June 16 2020 I received a tracking number and my merchandise was on it's way. It is coming from China, not Rhode Island USA. Last tracking info was June 18 2020 that it was in Shanghia China, airport. On July 10th 2020 I e-mailed and asked what was going on. Again I was informed of a pandemic and to be patient. this time they offered 20% off my purchase refunded. $158.92 US/$230 Canadian. I replied back I want 50% of my purchase refunded and the merchandise by July 17 2020. No more contact from them. I e-mailed them again of Friday July 17 2020 demanding to know what was going on. there has been no reply to that. no refund has been deposited and there is no movement on the merchandise on the tracking site. which is in Chinese and I must translate every time I use it.

I got a AD for product, queen size quilt. showed pics & price. I ordered an payed by debit card never got a tracking number, their email support address is for a different company, ([email protected]). Ordered product on 5-7-2020 , never received a email or confirmation from them to this day, (6-18-20).
